- Free next-business-day delivery to all UK mainland addresses on every product and accessory.
- Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may add 1–2 working days.
- In-stock orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day.
- Pre-order and made-to-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as your order is collected by the courier. If you haven't received tracking 24 hours after dispatch confirmation, email sablemotionmobility@gmail.com.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect on delivery and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours by emailing sablemotionmobility@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
